SECURE GLOBAL
COMMERCE
Bridge the trust gap with digital Letters of Credit powered by Stellar's trustless escrow primitives.
The Digital Lifecycle
From agreement to finality in four synchronized steps.
Initiate & Fund
The importer creates a digital agreement, defining milestones and roles. Capital is deposited into a non-custodial Stellar escrow, ensuring the exporter that funds are secure and ready for payout.
Execute & Evidence
The exporter ships the goods or hits production targets. They update milestone statuses on-chain and upload verifiable evidence (like a Bill of Lading) directly to IPFS for the inspection team.
Audit & Approve
The designated inspection agency reviews the decentralized evidence. Upon verification of the physical goods and documentation, they sign an on-chain approval, triggering instant fund release.
Finality or Justice
If approved, funds land instantly in the exporter's wallet. If a conflict arises, an Arbitrator steps in to review evidence and distribute remaining capital fairly based on legal judgment.
